Repair request/accompanying letter
Please fill out the form completely and send it to us by clicking the "Send" button. Your RMA return form will then be forwarded to our RMA department and you will receive an e-mail with your assigned RMA number as soon as possible. Please print out this email, attach it to your package and send it to us within 14 days. Please understand that we can only accept returns with your assigned RMA number in order to ensure correct allocation in our company.
If your device is outside the warranty period, you will be sent a separate cost estimate before the repair, on which you will sign the final order for the repair.
