Info for Citrix users
Dear customers,
we would like to inform you that the End of Maintenance (EOM) date for Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC) and Citrix Gateway (HDX Proxy) with version 12.1-xx.xx will be reached on 30.05.2022. After this date, Citrix will not provide new firmware updates.
The End of Life (EOL) date for the products mentioned is 30.05.2023. For security reasons, we recommend that you upgrade to one of the current versions as soon as possible.
What can you do?
- Upgrade to the latest Citrix ADC versions
- Migration to Citrix Cloud Services (e.g. Citrix Gateway Service, Citrix Secure Access)
What does Citrix EOM/EOL mean?
End of Maintenance (EOM): When a product version reaches the End of Maintenance date, no further firmware version will be provided by the manufacturer from this point on, but the product will receive technical support until the End of Life (EOL) date.
End of Life (EOL) defines the date from which technical support and product downloads are no longer available. Technical support for issues will be limited to information available in the Citrix Knowledge Center and Citrix Support Forums.
