Brand New

In summer 2021, Kapsch BusinessCom AG was spun off from the Kapsch Group with a new ownership structure and has since been operating as an independent company in the DACH region as well as in the Czech Republic and Romania. We are pleased that we will now also do this with a new company name and brand from April 1, 2022, as Kapsch BusinessCom AG will become K-Businesscom AG (KBC).

The Kapsch Group - a family business in its 4th generation - can look back on a history of almost 130 years full of technological expertise and innovative strength. Our "K-Initial" embodies precisely this Kapsch DNA that we carry within us.

At KBC, we are continuing this tradition as a leading ICT solution and service provider and digitalization partner. We combine certified technology expertise with industry know-how as a consultant and end-to-end digital business engineer. We develop new business models with our customers on our own KBC platforms with IoT, AI and customer-specific software applications. And we also support our customers on their cloud transformation journey and in setting up smart offices. Our KBC Cyber Defense Center provides 24/7 protection against cyber attacks.

The basis for all this is the many years of experience of our more than 1,550 employees. We are considered the market leader for network solutions, collaboration, data center infrastructure, security and managed services and also use technologies and services from leading international manufacturers such as Cisco, Microsoft, HPE and AWS.

We are convinced that digital technologies can create value, protect the environment and improve our standard of living. With our digitalization expertise, we therefore want to make a significant contribution to promoting the data economy in Europe in conjunction with sustainability in the coming years.

And very importantly, our new company name and brand will of course have no impact on our joint business relationship, contracts or projects. Nor will it affect the KBC partner landscape or the portfolio of solutions, services and software.
